Do I need to register at Currenge prior to transacting?

Yes, a registration is required using an electronic form and attaching two identifying documents. If you want to transact via Currenge, i.e. to send and convert the equivalence of more than 50,000 Shekels within 6-month period, then a face-to-face, or possibly video conference, identification would be required.
