Introduction

In order for Currenge to allow an individual to transact on behalf of a firm or a company, the Israeli law requires that a firm or a company pre-authorize in writing such an individual to do so prior to his or her transacting with Currenge.

Such an authorization may be given in two formats. The first optional format is a signed Board of Directors (BoD) decision, signed by the firm's or company's lawyer (and if foreign, approved by an Israeli lawyer), authorizing a specific identified individual(s) to transact with Currenge on behalf of the firm or company. The second optional format is a Signatory Authorization Approval Form, in the format of a pre-defined text, authorizing a specific identified individual(s) to transact with Currenge on behalf of the firm or company, and signed by a manager authorized by a Board of Directors decision to generally transact on behalf of the firm or company.

We can assist you to easily prepare the second option of a Signatory Authorization Approval Form. If you choose to use this form, please add an approved by an Israeli lawyer copy of the relevant Board of Directors approval to the Signatory Authorization Approval Form uploaded at Currenge's Website during the registration process. After filling out the Signatory Authorization Approval Form, we will send you an e-mail with an attached PDF file of the Signatory Authorization Approval Form, ready to be manually signed by your firm or company.
