• Documents supporting a request for bank approval for a transfer to an LLC bank account with an exemption from Israeli withholding tax at origin

In order for us to be able to request a serving bank to approve that Currenge will transfer funds to an LLC USA bank account with an exemption from withholding tax at origin in Israel, a matter which is a broad technical requirement, the applicant wishing to pay via Currenge is asked to submit to us, several banking business days before the requested transfer date, Tax Authority Form 2513/2, signed and filled out as required, accompanied by supporting documents.

We recommend filling out Form 2513/2 by typing rather than by hand, and affixing a scanned signature in blue pen, and not black ink one.

    Such supporting documents may include:

    1. In the preamble, a cover letter explaining the information in the rest of the files
    2. Tax Authority Form 2513/2 filled out by typing, and signed
    3. Confirmation of managing the LLC bank account as a beneficiary in the USA
    4. A photocopy of a valid passport of the payer, in which their name is identical to the one found in the LLC documents
    5. Certificate of Formation from the relevant State
    6. Articles of Organization
    7. The LLC Operating Agreement, in which the name of the LLC owner appears in English, being exactly identical to the name of the applicant wishing to pay from Israel to the LLC, as it appears in the valid passport
